Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days Special Edition Customs is no longer accountable for that item. 

Please be sure to read the item description as some items have longer shipping times. 

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you. Please make sure all contact information is complete and correct. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. It also can not have been installed or modified in any way. No exceptions to this policy. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RA number and instructions on how to return the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You have 14 days to report a package lost or damaged or if something is missing from your order. Please contact us immediately. If this happens, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once the claim has been finalized, your items will be replaced if approved. After 14 days Special Edition Customs is no longer responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

If you contact the shipping carrier and make any changes, we are no longer liable for the delivery of that order. If the item is lost, the responsibility now falls on the customer. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. You may return the item and once the return has been approved, we will refund the payment less shipping. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. NO shipping cost will be refunded on any orders.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at specialeditioncustomsms@gmail.com.

Any items that have been financed do not qualify for a refund. Only shop credit will be given if return is approved

Warranty

Manufactures warranty is 1 year. Any products sent back will be tested and replacement items will be supplied for the original item if the item is damaged. If we do not find any damage or defect to the item, we will contact you and the item will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for shipping cost. 

Any item is usually sent back to the manufacture for service or repair. Time frame for this process does vary by manufacture and we are unable to give you an exact time this process will be completed. As soon as we have been notified from the manufactured of the outcome we will contact you with the results. 

Please do not ship any items back in their original box. The item needs to be placed into another box for shipping. 

Please do not write on the original box what is wrong with the item or any other writing. 

No replacements will be shipped until the defective product has been received and the RA process has been completed. Even if this is with processing the RA through the manufacture.
